Mandy Peterson is an IRS-qualified appraiser and an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) specializing in fine art, preparing USPAP-compliant estate tax appraisals of tangible personal property in support of IRS Form 706 filings.
Mandy has worked in estate auctions and personal-property services since 2018. She began as a senior move manager, guiding families through downsizing and estate transitions; became an appraiser in 2020; and in 2022 served as auction coordinator for a high-end auction and jewelry/watch sales operation, overseeing the cataloging and sale of significant personal property. She earned her credential as an accredited fine art appraiser in 2026.
Based in Lakeland, Florida, Mandy travels throughout the United States to inspect estate property firsthand — from a single significant work of fine art to full household contents — and coordinates across multiple properties to keep reporting consistent and defensible.
